Pain Serves Us All — As Does the Solution

Pain can be eased by understanding how it travels in the body and through therapeutic movement. Where the pain is, doesn’t consider why the pain is. Take charge of your own care and feel confident to heal using simple methods.

We aim to quickly ease pain, then eliminate it with minerals, foods, and herbs. First let’s simplify pain transmission: Muscles prefer pulling towards themselves (shortening) over chronic tension (lengthening).  If one area is overly shortened it causes an unbalanced lengthening elsewhere.  This greatly affects graceful motion and body must signal that a change is needed.  A stressed joint breaks down faster and is far less adaptable than a balanced joint.  First, find the tight muscle and support it physically.  Tension symptoms can be reduced quickly and the result is a greater opportunity for a calmed nerve system that is out of pain.  Once we obtain the desired result we consider the why the pain may have been present and support as needed.

Many pains in the lower half of the body can be relieved with a neoprene band that has a velcro attachment. This wrap is 4.5 feet long and 2-3 inches wide. It works for different types of pain and fits all adult sizes. If your thighs are larger than your knees, skip the above-knee support. Begin with a tighter fit, then loosen it for comfort once you feel relief. Give it a try! This may not be the entire healing solution needed.   Reducing pain and stabilizing the lower foundation will get you started on your healing journey!
